Building Real Confidence
Real confidence does not come from how you look, how many followers you have, or what brand you wear. It comes from knowing who you are at your core. The Gita calls this Atma-Vishwas - faith in the Self. When you realize you are an eternal soul with unique gifts, no external opinion can shake you.

Hanuman Forgets His Power
As a child, Hanuman flew toward the sun thinking it was a fruit. Indra struck him down, and a curse made him forget his immense powers. Years later, when the Vanara army needed someone to leap across the ocean to Lanka, Jambavan reminded Hanuman of his true strength. The moment Hanuman remembered who he truly was, he grew in size and leaped across the ocean effortlessly.
Moral: You already have greatness within you. Sometimes you just need to remember it.
Ramayana
