Anger Management 101
Anger is not bad - it is a natural emotion that signals something is wrong. But uncontrolled anger destroys relationships, clouds judgment, and leads to regret. The Gita describes the chain: anger leads to confusion, confusion to memory loss, and memory loss to destruction of wisdom.

Bhima and the Lake of Questions
When the Pandavas were thirsty in the forest, one brother after another went to a lake and drank without answering the Yaksha questions - each fell dead. Bhima, the strongest and most hot-tempered, was furious. He wanted to fight the Yaksha. But Yudhishthira, the wisest, calmed him and chose to answer the questions with patience instead. His patience revived all his brothers. Brute anger would have killed them all.
Moral: Patience and wisdom save what anger destroys.
Mahabharata - Yaksha Prashna
Anger is a signal, not a sentence. Use the PAUSE technique to break the anger chain. Remember: the strongest warriors are those who have mastered their own minds, not those who have defeated others.
