Parmarth Niketan is the largest ashram in Rishikesh, providing thousands of pilgrims from across the world with a clean, sacred atmosphere along the banks of the Ganga. Founded in 1942, the ashram spans over 8 acres with beautiful gardens and over 1,000 rooms. It is globally renowned for its spectacular Ganga Aarti ceremony every evening at sunset and offers comprehensive yoga teacher training courses, daily yoga and meditation classes, and spiritual discourses.
Over 1,000 rooms ranging from basic to comfortable, all clean and well-maintained. Many rooms have views of the Ganga. Rates include meals. Booking in advance recommended, especially during peak season.
